I know I struggle with h...Thank you for this post. I know I struggle with how much of this type of information to include in my own courses, especially first-year writing courses. Yes, I'm there to teach them to write, but at the same time, I'm often the only faculty member they will form any kind of relationship with their first year because of our relatively small class size. It is important for students to understand the wealth of resources available to them and how to take advantage!
